HP TET 2023 Registration: Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBSE) has started the application process for Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (HP TET 2023) for June session today. Interested candidates can apply through the official website hpbose.org. The last date to apply for this exam has been fixed as May 28, 2023. The exam is conducted for various levels including JBT, Shastri TET, TGT (Arts), TGT (Non-Medical), TGT (Medical), Language Teacher TET and Punjabi TET. Candidates who qualify the HP TET exam will be eligible to apply for teaching jobs in government schools of Himachal Pradesh.
Application fee will have to be paid
Candidates have to pay the application fee for this exam. General category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 800. Whereas for candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SC/Physically Handicapped (PHH) categories, the fee has been kept at Rs 500.
Selection Process
HP TET exam is conducted in offline mode and the question paper consists of multiple choice questions. The duration of the exam is two and a half hours, and the exam is conducted for 150 marks. There are 150 questions in the exam, and each question carries one mark. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
